Zach Teichmiller

Zach is a Manager at Shore Capital Partners, a microcap private equity firm focused on partnering with companies that have between $1-10 million of EBITDA. Zach’s responsibilities include working with portfolio company management teams to improve operational performance and implement strategic initiatives, and preparing acquired platforms for add-on acquisitions and de novo growth.

Prior to joining Shore, Zach was an experienced manager at KPMG in Chicago within the Deal Advisory practice. While at KPMG, Zach primarily serviced middle-market Private Equity firms where he specialized in buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence across multiple verticals including healthcare, financial services, industrials, and consumer packaged goods. Zach's main responsibilities included analyzing target company data to provide meaningful insights around quality of earnings, net working capital, and financial and operating trends.

Zach received his B.S. in both Accountancy and Finance from the University of Illinois where he also minored in the Hoeft Technology & Management Program. Zach is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Illinois.
