Terry Hyman

Terry Hyman serves on the Board of Directors of EyeSouth Partners, a Shore Capital Portfolio company. Terry is the Managing Partner of Northwood Healthcare Partners, a healthcare private investment firm based in Washington, D.C. Previously, Terry served as a Managing Director of Flexpoint Ford, an industry focused private equity firm specializing in healthcare and financial services. Terry has worked with healthcare companies for 30 years, including companies in almost every sub-segment of healthcare services, including significant experience with physician practice management companies and ASCs. Terry began his career in investment banking and worked in the business for over 19 years. During his career in investment banking, Terry led the healthcare M&A business for Credit Suisse and successfully advised companies on over $20 billion of transactions.
