Larry Kloess

Larry Kloess serves on the Board of Directors of EyeSouth Partners, a Shore Capital Portfolio company. He is a co-founder of FKP Advisors. He also serves on the FCA Advisory Board and is a Special Operating Partner of FCA Venture Partners. Larry is a healthcare executive with over 35 years of leadership experience in hospital and physician group management. He retired from Hospital Corporation of America (HCA) in December, 2011, after 28 years of senior leadership responsibility, most recently serving as the CEO of Centennial Medical Center from 1998-2005, and then the President of HCA’s TriStar Division from 2005-2011, with operational responsibility for 20 HCA hospitals and 10 ambulatory surgery centers throughout Tennessee, Georgia, and Kentucky. Larry is board-certified in healthcare management, a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives, and has been a licensed nursing home administrator.

Larry also serves on the Board of Directors of Belmont University, and previously served as the Chairman of the Board for the Tennessee Hospital Association.Larry obtained his Bachelors degree from the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa, and his Masters degree in Hospital Administration from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio.
