Frank currently serves on the Board of Directors for Golden Bear Therapy Partners, a Shore Capital portfolio company. Frank was a founding partner of PRO Physical Therapy (PRO PT), a Wilmington, Delaware based provider of outpatient physical therapy services. Frank and a partner started PRO Physical Therapy in 1995, generating $200 thousand in revenue during its first year of operation. Eleven years and 18 locations later, PRO grew to over $19 million in revenue. In 2006, Frank and his partners sold the company to a private equity firm. In 2012, Frank and a business partner formed Occupational Health Services of Delaware, d/b/a WorkPRO Occupational Health (WorkPRO). The company, which employed physicians and nurse practitioners, provided urgent care services to injured workers. In addition to focusing on workers compensation, WorkPRO also provided drug testing, physicals, and other employer services. In 2015, Frank and his partner sold WorkPRO to a private equity firm. In 2017, Frank and a partner purchased Professional Pulmonary Services, Inc., a New Jersey based durable medical equipment company, which he continues to operate today.
Frank graduated from the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and Science (now the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia) with a Bachelor of Health Science Degree and a Master of Physical Therapy Degree. He currently serves as a director on the University’s Alumni Board. Frank holds his J.D. from Widener University School of Law in Wilmington Delaware, and a M.B.A. from Drexel University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
