Bryan has more than 20 years of marketing experience in public and private equity organizations in both B2B and B2C capacities. Currently, Bryan is the Founder and CEO of Youngstown Twin Labs Consulting and Investments LLC where he works with private equity groups, healthcare corporations, B2B and B2C clients domestically and internationally. Most recently, Bryan was an Executive Vice President & Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at Crane Capital Group Inc. and was previously at Vision Source®, a $2.5B eye care retail company where he was SVP and CMO of 3,500+ franchise locations in the United States. He also has experience at Johnson & Johnson and at BIOMET, a leading global orthopedic and dental manufacturer. Mr. Pinciaro has launched 35 brands in consumer packaged goods, vision care, dentistry, orthopedics, logistics, supply chain, international freight and medical devices.
