Gulam Khan is a board member on Innovia Medical, a Shore Capital portfolio company. He became the CEO/Co-Chairman of Cleveland-based medical device company U.S. Endoscopy in 2003 after joining the company in 2000. During his tenure as CEO, the company was recognized for several awards, including the Weatherhead 100 List of Fastest Growing Companies in Northeast Ohio (2003-2012), MDM Magazine’s 50 Medical Device Companies To Watch, and NorthCoast 99 Best Places To Work. In 2007, Gulam was honored as an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Finalist for Northeast Ohio. In August 2012, U.S. Endoscopy was acquired by STERIS (NYSE: STE) for $270 million.
He holds an MBA from Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Michigan.
