Fletcher Boyle

Fletcher is currently the Head of M&A and Strategic Acquisitions for two of Shore Capital’s platform companies. Previously, he served as Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions at ATI, where he oversaw sourcing, evaluating, negotiating and closing acquisition opportunities and joint ventures. Prior to ATI, Fletcher was an investment banker with Livingstone Partners, in both the U.S. and Europe, as well as with Brown Gibbons Lang & Company in Chicago.

He graduated from Tulane University, A.B. Freeman School of Business with a Master of Finance Degree.
