Shannon Reid

Shannon is a Manager on the Shore Resource Team at Shore Capital Partners, a microcap private equity firm focused on partnering with companies that have $1-10 million of EBITDA. Shannon’s responsibilities include working with portfolio company management teams to improve operational performance, implement strategic initiatives, and prepare for add-on acquisitions and de novo growth.

Prior to joining Shore, Shannon was a Senior Consultant in Deloitte’s M&A group. While at Deloitte, Shannon supported separation and integration engagements on M&A transactions, synergy identification, and transformation execution across the Financial Services, Technology, and Media industries. Prior to joining Deloitte, Shannon was an Associate in GE Aviation’s Corporate Development group, leading due diligence, valuation, and deal execution efforts.

Shannon received a B.S. in both Finance and Operations from Indiana University and is currently earning her MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
