Sarah is a Chief Revenue Cycle Officer at Shore Capital, a microcap private equity firm focused on partnering with companies that have between $1-10 million of EBITDA. Sarah’s responsibilities include working with management teams to improve the operational performance, implementing strategic initiatives, and preparing acquired platforms for add-on acquisitions.
Prior to joining Shore, Sarah worked at Laboratory Billing Solutions as a research analyst and claims processing editor. While at Laboratory Billing Solutions, Sarah improved claims processing resulting in large reductions in bad debt expense and days sales outstanding for major medical laboratories. While in graduate school, Sarah interned at Rush University Medical Center analyzing competitor merger and acquisitions trends to guide expansion tactics and brand management, as well as evaluating the cost-effectiveness of existing hospital programs.
Sarah received a B.A. in Economics and Mathematics from Colby College with distinction, an M.B.A from the University of Michigan Stephen M. Ross School of Business, and an M.P.H in Healthcare Management and Policy from the University of Michigan School of Public Health.
