Paul Rutledge

Paul is an Executive Partner at Shore Capital Partners. He currently serves as a Director for SouthStar Urgent Care and SENTA, Shore Capital portfolio companies. Paul previously served as President and CEO of CHC Holdings, the Chinese health care venture backed by the Frist family. Until retiring in 2013, Paul spent 30 years at HCA, rising to president of its 61-hospital Central Group. Paul joined HCA in 1982 as COO in the company’s New Orleans market and has held a number of leadership positions within the system. Prior to this, He served as President of TriStar Health System from June 1996 to January 2001 and served as President of Centennial Medical Center from May 1993 to June 1996.

A Fellow in the American College of HealthCare Executives, Paul holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia and master’s degree in Health Administration from Georgia State University in Atlanta.
