Nick Wisniewski

Nick is a Director on the Shore Resource Team at Shore Capital Partners, a microcap private equity firm focused on partnering with companies that have $1-10 million of EBITDA. Nick's responsibilities include working with portfolio company management teams to improve operational performance, implement strategic initiatives, and prepare for add-on acquisitions and de novo growth.

Prior to joining Shore, Nick was an associate at Peterson Partners, a private equity firm based in Salt Lake City, Utah. While at Peterson Partners, Nick conducted due diligence on new investment opportunities, executed transactions, and supported management teams of portfolio companies. Before joining Peterson, Nick worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Jefferies in the Global Industrials Group.

Nick received his B.S. in Finance and Information Systems from Boston College's Carroll School of Management Honors Program.
