Malia LaFleur

Malia is a Partnership Development Manager at Shore Capital, a microcap private equity firm focused on partnering with companies that have between $1-10 million of EBITDA. Malia is responsible for driving acquisition growth through various business development efforts.

Prior to joining Shore, Malia spent 13 years working with some of the biggest companies in the live events industry managing production and sales. In the most recent years, she focused on targeting and building relationships with Fortune 500 clients, selling complex production and engineering services for large scale events.

Malia grew up in Hawaii and Southern California and went on to San Diego State University where she earned a B.S. in Hospitality Operations and Management.
