Joe Pizetoski

Joe is a Manager at Shore Capital Partners, a microcap private equity firm focused on partnering with companies that have between $1-10 million of EBITDA. Joe's responsibilities include working with portfolio company management teams to improve operational performance, implement strategic initiatives, and prepare for add-on acquisitions and de novo growth.

Prior to joining Shore, Joe was an experienced Manager at Deloitte in Chicago within the M&A Transaction Services practice. While at Deloitte, Joe specialized in providing buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence services to Private Equity clients, supporting transactions across Consumer Products, Healthcare, Industrial Products and Technology industries. Joe's main responsibilities included providing meaningful insights around each target company's quality of earnings, net working capital, and financial and operating trends. Prior to joining the M&A practice, Joe had three years of experience in the Chicago audit practice serving a variety of clients.

Joe received his Master in Professional Accounting from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin, as well as a B.S. in Accounting from Clemson University.
