Adam Werder

Adam Werder is the Chief Marketing Officer at Shore Capital, a microcap private equity firm focused on partnering with companies that have between $1-10 million of EBITDA. Adam’s responsibilities include implementing firm strategic initiatives, driving internal Shore proprietary processes, and working with portfolio management teams to improve their marketing performance. Adam has over ten years of senior level experience in middle-market private equity owned businesses across a variety of industries.

Prior to joining Shore, Adam served as Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer of Great Expressions Dental Centers, a leading Dental Support Organization offering preventative and specialty oral care at 300 offices in 9 states and owned by Roark Capital. Prior to that, Adam was a marketing, sales and strategy leader at Pet Supplies Plus, a pet specialty retail franchisor with over 400 stores, and in the sporting goods and oral appliance manufacturing industries. Adam received his B.A. from Yale University.
