Adam Boudjemai

Adam is an Associate at Shore Capital, a microcap private equity firm focused on partnering with companies that have between $1-10 million of EBITDA. Adam is responsible for conducting due diligence on new investment opportunities and implementing value creation initiatives within portfolio investments.

Prior to joining Shore as an Analyst, Adam worked as an investment banking analyst in the healthcare group of P&M Corporate Finance, the Chicago based investment banking affiliate of Plante Moran. While at PMCF, Adam provided mergers and acquisitions advisory services to companies in a variety of different healthcare segments, with a specific focus on medical devices.

Adam received a B.A. in Finance, cum laude, from the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University.
