Walt Knysz

Board of Directors, Great Lakes Dental Partners

Walt Knysz serves on the Board of Directors of Great Lakes Dental Partners, a Shore Capital portfolio company. He has long been involved in dentistry and dental management throughout his career. He was founder and CEO of Great Expressions Dental Centers (GEDC) for about twenty years, a dental practice management company that grew to over 150 affiliated dental offices in seven states.

Therus Kolff

Board of Directors, SpecialDocs

Therus Kolff currently serves on the Board of Directors for Specialdocs Consultants. Therus is the Treasurer on the Board of Directors for EARTH University Foundation, formed to support the educational vision of Costa Rica-based EARTH University through generous gifts from the global community and other programs and initiatives. The Foundation is headquartered in Atlanta, GA.

Ted Kozikowski

Board Member, Innovative Packaging Company

Ted has over 20 years’ professional experience, most of which has been spent serving in executive capacities across at several companies. Ted currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Galleher, one of the largest flooring distributors in the United States. Prior to starting in his current role, Ted served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Keyes Packaging, a leading provider of environmentally friendly protective packaging for the food and beverage industry. Ted worked closely with Richard Boos when Keyes Packaging was acquired by Arbor Investments in July of 2013. Ted has prior experience working with financial sponsors, previously serving as Chief Executive Officer of Plastimayd, a Private Equity-owned manufacturer of vinyl in-ground swimming pool liners and safety covers, for four years. We are excited about Ted’s packaging and distribution experience as he brings expertise and an extensive resume of optimizing, building and growing building small and mid-sized businesses.

Chris Krubert

Board of Directors, SpecialDocs

Chris Krubert currently serves on the Board of Directors for Specialdocs Consultants. Chris was previously Chief Executive Officer of ApolloMD, a healthcare professional services firm consisting of over 2,500 healthcare professionals specializing in emergency medicine, anesthesia, radiology, and hospitalist medicine.  From 2006 – 2013, Chris built ApolloMD into an industry leading multi-specialty physician services firm, having won Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year in 2009 for his efforts.  Chris is a Senior Scholar at Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and he is active at The University of Chicago's Booth School of Business Polsky Center for Entrepreneurial Studies.  Additionally, Chris serves on the Board of Regents for Mercy Home for Boys & Girls.

George Leondis

George A. Leondis is President and Chief Executive Officer, and a member of the Board of Directors, of Argon Medical Devices, Inc. He has over 25 years of leadership experience in the medical device industry and is responsible for all strategic and functional areas of Argon’s business.

Todd Lillibridge

Board Member, Assembly Group

Todd currently serves on the Board of Directors of Assembly Health. Todd is the current President and CEO of TWL Enterprises, and recently served as Senior Advisor to the CEO of Ventas, a real estate investment trust. Prior to his role at Ventas, he founded Lillibridge Healthcare Services, a real estate investment trust focused on investing in medical offices. He also currently sits on the boards of Rush University Medical Center and DIRTT Environmental Solutions, and is the past Chairman and member of the Young Presidents' Organization YPO (Gold Chicago Chapter) and Economic Club of Chicago. Todd draws from a deep background comprising of multi-location operations, medical real estate operations, mental health services operations, and long-term care facility experience.

Dan Lorimer

Dan Lorimer currently serves on the Board of Directors of both Southern Veterinary Partners and Mission Veterinary Partners. Dan is a Partner, Medical Director and Board Member of BluePearl Veterinary Partners (“BluePearl”), the largest specialty veterinary hospital group in the U.S. Dan founded Michigan Veterinary Specialists, which he grew to five practices, and Georgia Veterinary Specialists, which has two locations, and merged those clinics with BluePearl in 2010. Dan is a board certified veterinary ophthalmologist and has been practicing veterinary medicine for more than 25 years. Dan has extensive experience with operations and business development in the veterinary sector and has many contacts throughout the industry.

Ron Malone

From 2002 to 2010, he was Chairman and CEO of Gentiva, the nation’s leading provider of comprehensive home healthcare and related services. At Gentiva, Ron developed industry leading compliance and employee training programs. Prior to Gentiva, Ron held various executive leadership positions with Olsten Staffing and Emery Worldwide. Additionally, Ron is a Director at Hill-Rom and Capital Senior Living, publicly traded healthcare services companies.

Joe Matarese

Jim most recently served as President and CEO of Pediatric Services of America (PSA Healthcare), a leading provider of in-home care for medically fragile children.  Prior to PSA, Jim was Chairman, President, & CEO of PRGX Global, the world’s largest provider of recovery audit services.  Jim is a former Partner at Bain & Company, the international management consulting firm and was co-founder and chairman of Babbage’s, Inc., a predecessor company of GameStop.  He has served as a director of Interstate Hotels and Resorts and of Pacific Sunwear of California and was a member of the Board of Regents of Texas Women’s University.

Chip McNamara

Chip served on the Sirona Infusion Board of Directors and has over 26 years of experience in the home infusion industry. Chip was the Founder, Chairman and CEO of Integrity Healthcare Services and Total Pharmaceutical Care. Chip’s most recent company, Integrity Healthcare, was sold to Priority Healthcare in July 2004. In addition to serving on the Sirona Board of Directors, Chip serves as a Senior Advisor to Shore Capital and helps to identify operating executives, source acquisitions, improve operations, and drive organic growth.

Dr. Victoria Medvec

Gene Michalski

Gene currently serves on the Board of Directors of SENTA and Together Women's Health. Gene most recently served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Beaumont Health, the largest healthcare system in southeast Michigan. He has previously held the positions of Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President, Senior Vice President, and Hospital Director. Gene joined Beaumont in 1971, working in a hospital laboratory. As CEO, Gene successfully oversaw the merger of Beaumont Health with Oakwood Healthcare Systems and Botsford Healthcare. He currently serves as the delegate for the AHA Regional Policy Board Region 5. He is a former member of the Michigan Health and Hospital Association Executive Committee and Board of Trustees, and a current member of the Greater Detroit Area Health Council Executive Committee and Board of Trustees, the Oakland County Michigan Medical Main Street Board, and the Detroit Regional Chamber Board of Directors. Gene draws from a deep background comprising of healthcare administration, business development, and operations.

Wayne Millage

Wayne is the former Chief Executive Officer of Trojan Lithograph Corporation, a leading designer and manufacturer of consumer packaging. Prior to his role at Trojan, Wayne held several C-suite roles including as the former President of Allpak Container and Allpak Container East and as the former Vice President of Business Development at Crown Packaging.</p>

Joseph P. Mooney

Operating Partner, Physical Therapy

Joe currently serves as Chief Business Officer at Great Lakes Caring, a home health, hospice care, and home medical equipment provider that serves more than 6,000 patients across Michigan, Indiana, and Ohio. Prior to his role at Great Lakes, Joe was an equity owner in Residential Home Health LLC, a small privately-owned Medicare certified home health care company in Michigan. Joe recruited, hired, trained and managed a group of over 25 sales professionals to build the company into the largest home health care agency in the state of Michigan, with over 450 full time employees. Joe completed and integrated the geographic expansion of Residential Home Health into Chicago with the acquisition of Edward Hospital Home Care, and grew that census from 89 upon transaction closing to a patient census of 275 in just 18 months.

Chryssy Moor

Chryssy Moor is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, a doctoral candidate, and the Founder of Florida Autism Center. Chryssy founded the Company in 2007 after providing in-home services in the Sanford area since 2005. Chryssy developed FAC’s mission, vision, and values and is responsible for the clinical direction of the Company and ensuring that therapy is implemented according to best-in-class standards. Chryssy’s primary interests are legislation concerning Early Intervention/Behavior Analysis and Autism Treatment and organizational strategy and management. In addition, Chryssy serves on the New Directions Provider Advisory Council. Chryssy received a Bachelor of Music in Music and Education with a minor in Psychology from Ohio Northern University and a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from Florida Institute of Technology.

Brad Morehead

Shore Capital Operating Partner

Brad is currently an operating partner with Shore Capital. Most recently, Brad was the CEO of LiveWatch, a provider of home security systems and commercial security solutions through its subsidiaries Safemart.com and Able Security. LiveWatch was sold to a strategic buyer, Monitronics, in March of 2015. Prior to LiveWatch, Brad was CFO of Feldco Factory Direct, a home renewal company and winner of the BBB Torch Award and two-time National Window &amp; Door Company of the Year. Before joining Feldco, Brad worked in private equity with Friedman Fleischer &amp; Lowe and investment banking with Goldman Sachs (New York) and Donaldson, Lufkin &amp; Jenrette (Chicago). Additionally, Brad currently teaches The Entrepreneurial Experience at The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, where he is an Adjunct Lecturer of Innovation and Entrepreneurship.

Steven Morris, MD

Dr. Steven Morris serves on the Board of Directors of EyeSouth Partners and SETNA, Shore Capital Portfolio companies. Dr. Morris is a clinical associate professor with the Emory University School of Medicine and currently serves as Managing Partner of Atlanta Gastroenterology Associates, which has over 40 locations and 10+ ASCs in the Atlanta, GA area. He initially joined the practice in 1978. Following his internship and residency at Emory University Affiliated Hospitals in Atlanta, Dr. Morris completed a fellowship in digestive diseases at the University of Miami. Dr. Morris is a member of numerous professional associations including the American College of Physicians, the American Medical Association, the American Gastroenterology Association, the Medical Association of Atlanta, the Medical Association of Georgia, and the Georgia Gastrointestinal Society. He is past president of the Georgia Gastrointestinal Society and previously served as chief of staff at Emory University Hospital Midtown Hospital.

Pat Mulloy

Pat currently serves on the Board of Directors of Assembly Health. Pat is currently the President and CEO of Elmcroft Senior Living, a company which he founded that provides management services for senior living facilities. Prior to his role at Elmcroft, Pat served as President and CEO of Atria Senior Living, a large national provider of retirement, assisted living, and dementia care services. Pat draws from a deep background comprising of multi-location operations, senior living facility operations, and long-term care facility experience.

Michael Munter

Michael currently serves on the Board of Directors of Assembly Health. Michael is currently the COO of Symphony Post Acute Network,  an integrated transitional care, post acute, and senior housing network. Prior to his role at Symphony, Michael served as COO of CRL Senior Living Communities, a leading owner/operator of private pay assisted living and memory care centers. Michael draws from a deep background comprising of multi-location operations, senior living facility operations, and long-term care facility experience.

Kieran Murphy

Board Member, IZI Medical Products

Dr. Murphy is a Professor of Medical Imaging at the University of Toronto and an Interventional Neuroradiologist at Toronto Western hospital, Canada's largest neuroscience center. Dr. Murphy was the Director of Interventional Neuroradiology from 1998 to 2008. Prior to his time at Johns Hopkins, Dr. Murphy served as the Director of Research in the neuroradiology section of the Albany Medical College in New York. He is considered to be one of the most innovative specialists in the use of radiology guidance in the treatment of vascular brain and spine disorders. His research focuses on the use of imaging techniques to guide surgical intervention, particularly brain aneurysms and carotid artery disease.

Tim Murphy

Tim Murphy is a Board of Directors Member at Column Health, Shore Capital's second medication-assisted treatment platform investment. Tim currently serves as CEO of the Stepping Stones Group, a previous Shore Capital portfolio company that provides school and home-based ABA services. Stepping Stones is currently owned by Five Arrows Capital Partners and a Partner from Shore Capital, Ryan Kelley, currently serves as a board member. Tim previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Beacon Health Options and its predecessor companies from 2007 through 2017. Tim was instrumental in growing the company from $35 million to $2 billion in revenue in 2017, making Beacon the largest independent manager of behavioral health benefits in the United States. Before joining Beacon, Tim served as the Secretary of Health and Human Services for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts under Governor Mitt Romney. Preceding his service in the Romney Administration, Tim was a vice president in the investment banking division of JP Morgan. Tim serves as Senior Advisor to Beacon Health Options’ Board of Directors and as a board member for Addiction Campuses, a substance use disorder residential treatment facility company, based in Nashville, TN.

Edward Murphy

Edward Murphy is a Board of Directors Member at Behavioral Innovations, BrightView, and Column Health, Shore Capital's autism services and medication-assisted treatment platform investments. Edward most recently served as Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of Civitas Solutions (f.k.a. the MENTOR Network), a publicly traded at home- and community-based behavioral health services provider with over 12,500 residential clients and 17,400 non-residential clients. Edward served as CEO of Civitas Solutions while the Company was owned by Madison Dearborn Partners and then Vestar Capital Partners. Prior to his role as Executive Chairman and CEO of Civitas, Edwardwas founder and CEO of Alliance Health and Human Services. In addition, Edward served as Commissioner of the Massachusetts Department of Youth Services and the Massachusetts Department of Mental Health, and the former Executive Director of the Massachusetts Health and Educational Facilities Authority.

Greg Nodland

Board Member, Southern Orthodontic Partners

Greg currently serves on the Board of Directors of Southern Orthodontic Partners. Greg is the Chief Executive Officer at Ophthalmic Specialists of Michigan & Ambulatory Surgery Center. Greg was previously President at Great Expressions Dental Centers (GEDC), a leading dental support organization in the United States. Greg led strategy surrounding the company’s continued commitment to providing high quality care to patients, as well as the organization’s ongoing growth. Greg was an integral member of Great Expressions’ executive team for nearly two decades and was vital in the company’s rapid growth. Greg served as GEDC’s Chief Operating Officer from 2013 – 2018, where he was responsible for oversight of the company’s offices, office processes, regional directors and staff development. He joined GEDC in 1999 as vice president of finance where he led overall financial operations and managed IT and accounts receivable departments and was subsequently promoted to CFO. During his tenure with GEDC, the organization added over 250 offices and increased the number of patients it serves to 120,000 per month.

Paul O'Connell

Paul O'Connell is a board member of SCP Interventional Radiology, a Shore Capital portfolio company. Paul serves as the President of B. Braun Interventional Systems, Inc. Starting in July 2001, he was the Vice President of the Vascular Interventional Products Group at B. Braun. From 1999 to 2001, he provided Marketing and Technical support consulting services to medical device companies. He was the Owner of Sablier from 1998 to 1999 where he developed new technologies for the treatment of thromboembolic diseases and for distal protection during carotid endarterectomy. From 1993 to 1998, Paul served as Vice-President and General Manager of the Vena Tech division of B. Braun Medical, a medical device business which he originally co-founded in 1988 and sold to B. Braun Medical in 1993. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of Vascular Solutions, Inc. since January 2002.

Edmund O'Keeffe

Board Member, Main Street Gourme

Edmund has over 25 years’ experience in various management and board roles in the food and beverage sector in both North America and Europe. Edmund served on the Board of Directors at Pineridge Bakery, a leading $225M revenue Canadian specialty bakery backed by Swander Pace Capital, which was acquired by ARYZTA in 2014 for ~$340M following significant growth through new customers, acquisitions and new products over a seven-year period. He currently serves as Chairman of O’Keeffes Group, an Irish retailer with pet, furniture and wine stores. In North America, over the last 24 years, Edmund served in a variety of roles for Cott Corporation, the world's largest producer of beverages on behalf of retailers, brand owners and distributors. Prior to this role, Edmund served as President of Royal Crown Cola International, a branded franchise beverage portfolio with bottlers across 64 countries.

Kevin Offel

Kevin Offel serves on the Board of Directors of Specialdocs Consultants and EyeSouth Partners, two Shore Capital Portfolio companies. Kevin is currently President &amp; CEO of Centennial Hospice, a privately held hospice services provider based in Oklahoma City. Most recently, Kevin served as President &amp; COO of Heart to Heart Hospice, a multi-state growth-equity-backed hospice services provider based in Texas. Prior to his role at Heart to Heart, Kevin served as President of Muskie Proppant LLC and Taylor Frac LLC, private-equity-backed producers of proppant used to enhance recovery rates of hydrocarbons from oil and gas natural wells. Kevin was also previously the President and CEO of My Dentist, a growth-equity-backed dental care network, where he oversaw the sale of My Dentist to Heartland Dental. Prior to his work with My Dentist, Kevin served as Executive Vice President of Operations at MDVIP, an industry leader in concierge medicine, as well as Vice President of Operations at CareCore National, a provider of comprehensive benefit utilization management for payors. Kevin also served as an Army Blackhawk helicopter pilot in multiple key leadership positions and is currently serving as a Civilian Aide to the Secretary of the Army (CASA) for Oklahoma.

Garrett Olson

Board Member, Main Street Gourmet

Garrett currently serves as VP of Finance, Retail Packaged Brands of Tyson Foods, where he is responsible for supporting Tyson Foods’ retail leadership team and providing key financial insights to drive the group’s strategic decisions. Prior to his current role, Garrett was in various finance positions at Jimmy Dean, Sara Lee, Van’s and Goose Island. Garrett has significant bakery experience through his various roles at Sara Lee Bakery for several years and served as Director of FP&amp;A at Sara Lee. In addition, he spent over 4 years in a Corporate Development role for Sara Lee.

Greg Palmer

Greg Palmer is a member of the Board of Directors at The Stepping Stones Group, a Shore Capital portfolio company. Greg has more than 30 years of leadership experience. Currently Greg is a principal at Transpirus, which provides consulting and revenue cycle management outsource services for the home health and hospice industry. Greg became CEO of Remedy, a leading staffing firm, in 2001. At Remedy, he started the RemX specialty division and grew revenue to $100M. Over a five year period, Greg completed a major turn around and sale, resulting in significant shareholder value creation. Prior to Remedy, Greg was a senior vice president at Olsten Staffing.

Rocco Papalia

Board Member, Old World Spices

As a senior executive with over 20 years of innovation experience in the CPG industry, Rocco has driven the development and launch of highly successful, award-winning products for companies like Procter &amp; Gamble, PepsiCo, and Del Monte Foods (now Big Heart Pet Brands). Over the course of his career, Rocco has led critical technology innovations in ingredients, processes, packaging, and products. These innovations have yielded dozens of patents, competitively advantaged revenue growth, significant cost savings, and growing market share. Most recently, Rocco was recruited by a private equity group comprised of KKR, Vestar Capital Partners, and Centerview Capital to accelerate growth through innovation at Del Monte &amp; Big Heart Pet Brands. Rocco played a critical role in the leadership of Big Heart’s rapid growth and eventual sale to JM Smucker and Del Monte Foods' sale to Del Monte Pacific. Prior to his time with Big Heart, Rocco spent 24 years in R&amp;D and Innovation at PepsiCo and led the entire R&amp;D function as SVP of R&amp;D for Frito Lay World Wide.

David Pegg

Board of Directors, Jaffe Sports Medicine

David Pegg is the Chief Development Officer for Dental Care Alliance, one of the largest dental support organizations in the United States. Dave leads the organization’s aggressive growth strategy to expand the number of dental offices through mergers, acquisitions, equity partnerships, and de novo opportunities. Dave brings significant experience as an investor and advisor in the healthcare services industry for more than 20 years. He started his private equity career with MVP Capital Partners in Philadelphia and was recently a partner with Enhanced Equity Funds in New York. As part of his responsibilities, he has evaluated and been involved with numerous provider-based multi-site healthcare companies, including those in the dental space. Dave also served on the Board of Prospira PainCare from 2012 to 2017. Prospira PainCare is a premier provider of comprehensive, multidisciplinary pain management services; its business model is based upon building partnerships with industry leading physicians to accelerate value of each practice through organic growth of the patient base combined with operational efficiencies leading to increased profitability.

Cameron Perkins

As a senior executive with over 25 years of experience in the packaging industry, Ryan has driven the growth at several companies during his tenure. Over the course of his career, Ryan has led strategic sourcing and operations strategy engagements for Fortune 100 companies and business development initiatives for industry leading global packaging and shipping supplies firms. Since 2018 Ryan has served as the CEO of The Ruskin Group, an industry-leading global sustainable packaging company headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania with operations throughout North America, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. Ryan transitioned to the Chief Executive Officer role with the firm in 2008. His previous experience includes roles as President of Jeanette Paper Company, a full range of packaging services provider and distributor, and Executive Vice President of Sterling Packaging. In addition, Ryan current serves as the Non-Executive Chairman of My Eco and is a Member of the Board of Trustees at the Chicago Field Museum.

Bryan Pinciaro

Bryan has more than 20 years of marketing experience in public and private equity organizations in both B2B and B2C capacities. Currently, Bryan is the Founder and CEO of Youngstown Twin Labs Consulting and Investments LLC where he works with private equity groups, healthcare corporations, B2B and B2C clients domestically and internationally. Tom Polke

Tom currently serves as the Chief Integration Officer at Ferrara Candy and recently announced his retirement effective at the end of 2019. Tom has held a number of critical leadership roles during his 15 year career with the company, including President of Ferrara. As Chief Integration Officer, Tom assists with planning, design and execution of projects to achieve the underlying financial model developed to support the integration of the Ferrara and Nestlé U.S. Confections businesses. Earlier in his career, Tom led the successful acquisition of Farley’s and Sathers and its merger with Ferrara Pan, which became Ferrara Candy Co. He has more than 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry, serving in management positions at American Hospital Supply, Baxter, Allegiance Healthcare and Cardinal Health. Mr. Pritchard serves as Chairman of the Governing Council for Advocate Condell Medical Center in Illinois.

Chris Puco

Frank Rooks

Frank currently serves on the Board of Directors for Golden Bear Therapy Partners, a Shore Capital portfolio company. Frank was a founding partner of PRO Physical Therapy (PRO PT), a Wilmington, Delaware based provider of outpatient physical therapy services. Frank and a partner started PRO Physical Therapy in 1995, generating $200 thousand in revenue during its first year of operation. Eleven years and 18 locations later, PRO grew to over $19 million in revenue. In 2006, Frank and his partners sold the company to a private equity firm. In 2012, Frank and a business partner formed Occupational Health Services of Delaware, d/b/a WorkPRO Occupational Health (WorkPRO). The company, which employed physicians and nurse practitioners, provided urgent care services to injured workers. In addition to focusing on workers compensation, WorkPRO also provided drug testing, physicals, and other employer services. In 2015, Frank and his partner sold WorkPRO to a private equity firm. In 2017, Frank and a partner purchased Professional Pulmonary Services, Inc., a New Jersey based durable medical equipment company, which he continues to operate today.

Dr. Mark Rosenblum

Dr. Mark Rosenblum is a board member of SCP Interventional Radiology, a Shore Capital portfolio company. Dr. Rosenblum is the former Chair Emeritus of the Department of Neurosurgery in the Henry Ford Health System (HFHS), where he developed a department of 32 physicians and scientists that was nationally recognized for research and clinical excellence. There he founded and served as Co-Director of the nationally recognized Hermelin Brain Tumor Center and the HFHS Neuroscience Institute. Paul joined HCA in 1982 as COO in the company’s New Orleans market and has held a number of leadership positions within the system. Prior to this, He served as President of TriStar Health System from June 1996 to January 2001 and served as President of Centennial Medical Center from May 1993 to June 1996.

Shawn Ryan, MD

Dr. Shawn Ryan is the Co-Founder, President and Chief Medical Officer of Brightview. For over 12 years, Dr. Ryan practiced Emergency Medicine in the Greater Cincinnati area. During that time, he functioned as a hospital administrator for Mercy Health (Department Chairman of Quality and Patient Safety). While at Mercy Health, he saw how heroin/opioid abuse affected communities and for the past 7 years, has worked tirelessly to help resolve it. He serves on regional, state, and national committees/workgroups focused on turning the tide of this epidemic. He is the immediate past president of the Ohio Society of Addiction Medicine and the Chair of Payer Relations for ASAM. A board-certified addiction specialist and a board-certified emergency physician, Dr. Ryan trained in emergency medicine at the University of Cincinnati and simultaneously obtained his MBA while completing his residency.
